There is no charge for use of  this expanded UK English Language version of the Student Alcohol Questionnaire (SAQ)  for research and educational purposes. This expanded version contains questions about drug use but does not contain the knowledge scale found on the original SAQ. Please contact me and get permission to use any of my questionnaires by email. See home page on how to obtain this address. You can obtain the SPSS criteria for the consumption calculations by going back to the Questionnaire Page and looking at the calculations used in the Australian and Scottish studies. You will find the reliability information by looking at the international articles on the articles page.
