Class 3. P: CET 104 or equivalent. This course provides a foundation in
basics necessary to write legal descriptions. Includes a brief history
of surveying framework, supportive information, descriptive
fundamentals, determining controls, general and water boundaries,
interpretations, monuments, streets, occupations versus titles,
easements, right-of-ways, and special shaped/section land. Participants
will experience land description writing exercises.
