Class 3. P: EE 359 or equivalent. This course reviews LISP and Prolog with
emphasis on building deeper understanding, especially of efficiency issues.
Advanced artificial-intelligence topics covered with LISP include
production systems, pattern matching, knowledge representation,
slot-and-filler database, search, parsing, and deductive retrieval.
Emphasis in Prolog is on the use of advanced data structures and search.
