Every year, university students from across the Midwest meet in Indianapolis to simulate European Union summits. Playing the roles of prime ministers and presidents, ambassadors and commissioners, ministers and diplomats, they spend two days negotiating policy, resolving disputes, building compromises, and charting the course of European unity.
