Facilities Information Management System
Welcome to the Facilities Information Management System of Indiana University. FIMS is a collaborative effort of facility departments on all campuses, providing valuable, free-flowing facilities information that enables users to manage and maximize the physical resources of Indiana University. FIMS uses information technology in three main areas: CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management), GIS (Geographic Information System), and MMS (Maintenance Management System).
