The Fundamental Studio courses are the gateways into the School of Fine Arts Majors and Minors. There are three courses in this core program: Drawing (F100), Three Dimensional Design (F101), and Two Dimensional Design (F102). All three courses are required for the Fine Arts major. Two of the three are required for the minor. In addition to Fine Arts, several other Indiana University degree programs require these courses. All the courses fulfill the College of Arts and Sciences Arts and Humanities requirement. Fine Arts majors and minors should take these courses during the first two years of residency.
