  1. Right-click on the file link. For example, if downloading Flexibility-240x180, your mouse pointer should be over the link and the hand should be showing.
  2. Click Save Target As...
  3. The Save As window for the computer will open.
  4. Select a folder. My Videos is a good choice.
  5. Click the Save button in the Save As window.
  6. Wait for the video to download and save to the computer.
