Swing-into-Spring contra dance weekend -- April 2-4, 2004!

Come join us at McCormick's Creek State Park for our 25th annual spring contra dance week-end. Dancing starts Friday evening at about 8 pm, and goes until we run out of musicians or dancers. Saturday, there will be workshops, wildflower hikes, followed by a pot-luck Saturday evening and more dancing until the small hours of Sunday morning. The featured workshop is Learn to Call Contra Dances. Breakfast Sunday is provided. There's plenty of space in the four bunk-houses, just bring your sleeping bags. All this for the whole week-end is still only $20 + park admission. All cotton Swing-into-Spring 2004 T-shirts will be available at the door. This is an all-volunteer affair, so bring your musical instruments and dance cards. There is usually music being played, in the dance hall and outside, all week-end.
