Ballantine Hall

The Department of French and Italian offers various courses in basic language instruction, literature, culture, grammar, and linguistics. 100- and 200-level courses are introductory courses while 300- and 400-level courses are advanced courses on more specialized topics. Graduate level courses are offered at the 500-level and above. The Department also offers courses for non-majors and graduate students specifically designed to allow students to acquire reading competency in French or Italian.
