Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, MI

This coastal kayaking trip begins with a training session in Little Glen Lake. We will advance our skills on the beautiful tree-lined Platte River in the southern section of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Our journey progresses with a visit to the historical village and blacksmith shop at Glen Haven. We hope to have the opportunity to put in at Lake Michigan and paddle north around Sleeping Bear Point to take in the beautiful view of the Manitou Islands.
