Stop 2.
This stop is highly deformed with faulted and folded shallow and deep marine sediments. It also contains some exotic blocks of a very mafic basalt that are unlike those typically found on continents. A strong foliated fabric dipping from upper right to lower left (northeast to southwest) represents low grade metamorphism and fault fabric.
