For those of you may not have read the Tuesday assignment (for good reason), I am reassigning it here -- along with the brief assignment for Thursday.
On Thursday, my plan is to outline a number of issues raised by the Shi-ji account of the Shang, and to survey the general features of the Shang that we can glean from the oracle texts.
