Poster Submission
The poster session for 2010 Gill Symposium and Award Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, September 8th in the Indiana Memorial Union Solarium. Lunch will be served directly before the poster session.
A week before the symposium you will receive a confirmation email with a number which will correspond with your poster stand in the Solarium.
Posters must be set up in assigned locations in the IMU Solarium by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8th. Velcro will be provided to secure posters to the stands. Please retrieve posters from the Solarium after the reception concludes at 6:00 p.m. IMPORTANT: Please retrieve posters by 6:15 p.m. or they will be recycled.
