Due to an early spring, the 2005 Statewide Orthophotography Project contains images with leaf-on conditions. The Indiana 2006 digital elevation and surface models were created from the 2006 Reflight Orthophotography dataset collected during February and March leaf-off conditions. The following counties have select areas involved in reflights. The involved counties are Adams, Brown, Clark, Crawford, Daviess, Greene, Harrison, Hendricks, Huntington, Jackson, Jasper, Lawrence, Morgan, Newton, Noble, Orange, Owen, Pike, Porter, Posey, Spencer, St. Joseph, Wabash, Warrick, Wells, White, Dubois, Elkhart, Floyd, Kosciusko, Lake, Marion, Monroe, Perry, Steuben, Tippecanoe, and Vanderburgh. EarthData reflew Dubois and Perry Counties in their entirety.
For the DEM, the files are named as xxxxyyyy_DEM_SPW, where xxxx and yyyy represent the easting and northing coordinates (respectively) in state plane feet, divided by 1000, of the tile origin (the top-left pixel) and SPW designates State Plane West Zone. For the DSM, the files are names as xxxxyyyy_DSM_SPW, where xxxx and yyyy represent the easting and northing coordinates (respectively) in state plane feet, divided by 1000, of the tile origin (the top-left pixel) and SPW designates State Plane West Zone.
