Bloomington City Engineering scanned the original 9inch by 9inch photos at 400dpi using a small flatbed scanner and saved as TIF format using Paintshop Pro.
The first digits of the TIF image name represent the image unique identifier. The last four digits of the TIF image name are the source year.
Each point on the index map represents the centerpoint of the TIF image. The index maps can be used to determine which files to download.
The aerial photographs are in TIF format and each image is about 20 MB. Minimal metadata is available for the images. None of the images are georeferenced.
