Blacks Like Us (BLU) is dedicated to fostering connections between Lesbian,
Gay, Bi-Sexual , Transgender (LGBT) Black and/or Bi-racial people in the
Bloomington area. This group is open to students and people in the
Bloomington population. We welcome people who are at various stages of
understanding the coming out process, questioning or accepting their sexuality
and/or understanding the LGBT community.

IU Hoosier Rights Campaign

The Hoosier Rights Campaign is a Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Ally
political advocacy and education group on the IUB campus. The Hoosier Rights
Campaign seeks to be the political voice for IUB's GLBT community on a wide
variety of issues ranging from the campus climate on GLBT issues to gay marriage.
In addition to providing a political voice for IUB's GLBT community, the Hoosier
Rights Campaign will be working closely with the state chapter of the Human Rights
Campaign to help lobby and educate our state representatives on issues of employment
non-discrimination, hate-crime legislation, and gay marriage.

and individuals in the Jewish community.

We're mostly graduate students, and professionals over 21.
This group gets together about twice a month over dinner or other local activities such as concerts, sporting events, or drag shows.

7:45pm. OUT sponsors coffeehouses, dances, educational programs, group meetings and other
special activities, including Hoosier Daddy in the Fall and Miss Gay IU every spring. This is IU's largest GLBT student
organization.

The Student Global AIDS Campaign (SGAC) is a US-based network of student and youth organizations
committed to the global fight against AIDS. SGAC seeks to mobilize a multi-racial student movement, in partnership with
students internationally, to make claims upon governments, corporations, and civil society through education, leadership
training, informed advocacy and direct action. SGAC demands sufficient resources, effective prevention, and guaranteed
access to AIDS treatment and care as a matter of moral urgency.
