Volunteer Call-Out

Wednesday, October 15th, 2008
Please join us on Wednesday, October 15 at 7 p.m. in Woodburn Hall 109 for our volunteer call-out meeting. At the meeting, leaders from each of our planning committees will briefly explain what it is they are working on now and specifically what you can help with. At the end, you can talk with them and sign up for the tasks that interest you. The meeting should only last about an hour.

Send an email to mblgta09@indiana.edu if you cannot make it and would still like to be involved. (Please let us know if you’d rather be a day-of volunteer, in which case we will contact you closer to February.)

Together, this Conference will be a great success!
