The Center for the Study of Global Change is very active in supporting professional development opportunities for faculty, administration, and students. The Center supports development workshops on a variety of issues ranging from distance learning technology, library resources, language pedagogy, and internationalizing the curriculum. These workshops build on the Global Center's expertise as well as its strengths of linking scholars and programs that are typically separated by discipline, regional specialization, and methodological tradition.
