Travel
All travel and housing costs are the responsibility of the participant.
 
Arrival: Mandatory check-in for optional pre-conference workshop will be 7:30-8:30am on
Sunday, May 18.  All other participants should check-in from noon-1:30pm.
By air – Flights into the Indianapolis International Airport (closest to Bloomington, Indiana)
should arrive no later than three hours before latest check-in time.  The two airport
shuttles run on a two-hour schedule and approximate travel time to Bloomington is one
hour.  See more shuttle information below.
 
Departure:  
By air – Flights out of the Indianapolis should depart no earlier than 4:00pm
 

Accommodations
 

Indiana Memorial Union Biddle Hotel – $99 + tax for full size singles; $119 + tax for full size doubles for reservations made by April 25th (Note: For these rates to apply, mention participation in IU’s ICCI14). Spaces are limited.

Grant Street Inn – Discounted rate for ICCI participants upon request. Call 812-334-2353 or 1-800-328-4350 and mention participation in Indiana University’s ICCI14.
