Lord Timothy Garden Memorial Lecture
on Global Change

Lord Timothy Garden, who passed away in August 2007, was an internationally renowned expert on international security and a frequent contributor to the International Studies Summer Institute. One of Lord Garden's strengths was his ability to see and articulate the interconnections among issues. In honor of his legacy, we are pleased to present the annual Lord Timothy Garden Memorial Lecture on Global Change. Each lecturer will be asked to make a presentation on his/her primary area of global expertise, elucidating its problem and solution interconnections with other global issues, as well as answer questions from the educators of the International Studies Summer Institute.
