Global Insecurities and Human Rights




The Center for the Study of Global Change will host a noontime panel discussion, "Global Insecurities and Human Rights," on April 23, 2008 at the Global Center, 201 N Indiana Ave. IU faculty members Christiane Ochoa (Law), Feisal Istrabadi (Law, SPEA), Lessie Jo Frazer (Gender Studies, History), and graduate student Kate Costello (Anthropology) will discuss how global security is a human rights issue and how human rights are a security concern. The panel discussion is open and free to all those interested.
