Professional development is a University priority and the Office of Vice President of International Affairs provides numerous professional development opportunities for faculty, librarians, and professional staff for short-term overseas exchanges, participation in overseas conferences, and in support of international research, library acquisitions, and international visitors. For its part, the Center for the Study of Global Change supports these professional development objectives by organizing seminars, organizing faculty study groups, and funding course development and research as means of supporting and facilitating the greater internationalization of the campus and curriculum of Indiana University.
