EXAMPLE: (Science K.1.1) Ask students - From what source (where) do we get our drinking water? Discuss. Then ask: Do you think this is how all people get their drinking water? Discuss. Explain that the way people around the world get their drinking water is determined by what is in their immediate natural world. Use a globe and pictures to illustrate differences.
