Linda S. Wallace is founder and director of student and faculty exchange program with Jesus University School of Nursing (formerly Margaret Pritchard University) in Jeonju South Korea since 2000. In 2010 added an exchange with Sungshin Women's University in Seoul. Previously taught Korean Culture & Healthcare and Practicum and co-taught Hispanic Culture & Healthcare & Practicum. Health educational activities in migrant worker camps in Indiana as part of doctoral internship. Past co-advisor of Ambassadors for Children Chapter at IU Kokomo, participated in Ambassadors for Children trip with IU Kokomo students in 2008 in Guatemala. Most recent publication regarding international activities: Wallace, L. S. (2007). When West meets East: A short-term immersion experience in South Korea. International Journal of Nursing Education Scholarship, 4 (1), Article 10 (on-line refereed journal). Currently working with a colleague, Dr. Hongxia Liu of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, on an English version nursing textbook and DVD for Chinese nursing students.
