Robert Goehlert, librarian for Political Science and Economics at the Indiana University Library since 1974, serves as Center's Consultant for Collection Development and Library Electronic Services and Resources. He has a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Masters degree in Library Science and teaches part-time in both the Department of Political Science and in the School of Library and Information Science. He has published numerous bibliographies and guides on such topics as the Chinese Economy, UN Documentation, the European Community and the Department of State and American Diplomacy.
