About the GPSO
[Governance]
General Assembly Meetings: All are invited to attend.
First Friday of the month, Indiana Memorial Union 088 (The Grad Pad), 3.30 - 5.00 p.m.GPSO Leadership
Comprised of the Executive Committee, Departmental Representatives, Ombudsperson and Committee Chairs.
Departmental Representatives
Elected from each department, representatives attend the General Assembly meetings and serve on committees.
GPSO Committees
Committee members participate flexibly as available through online communication and face-to-face meetings as needed. Any graduate or professional student is encouraged to join us online, then volunteer as desired.
Committee Chairs coordinate topics and committee direction, represent graduate and professional students on campus committees, and bring to bear GPSO resources to affect positive outcomes for graduate and professional student issues.
Campus Committees
The GPSO makes appointments to a number of Indiana University committees and we encourage interested students to get involved online through the Campus Affairs committee.
