Job Summary: Conduct statistical analysis supporting policy and management of Indiana University’s undergraduate enrollment. Requires data extraction and management, preparation of tables and graphics, and written summaries and documentation of work.
Qualifications: Training in statistics and experience using tools such as SAS, SPSS, Excel, and SQL. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Also valued: experience with admissions or financial aid, IU data systems, and working with large data sets.
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible within 8 to 5 Monday through Friday office hours.
Appointment term: Academic year 2013-14, with earlier start date possible.
Compensation and benefits: For a graduate student, this is a .5 FTE student academic appointment as a Graduate Assistant, with standard stipend and benefits. Applications from non-students will also be considered.
