Research Interests:
I am interested in reproductive and sexual health, particularly among women of color including women in sub-Saharan Africa.  I am particularly interested in decision-making regarding the use of family planning methods and abortion.

At IUB, I have incredible access to tremendous resources, including world class mentors, internal funding to support academic and professional development and endeavors, and opportunities to personalize my graduate experience to optimize my balance of teaching, research and service.  My experience is definitely what I make it.

Insider tip about living in Bloomington:
Bloomington has a lot to offer culturally.  Don’t be afraid to venture out of your comfort zone and explore!
