Reception: Bloomington Photography Club Annual Exhibition Reception

The Grunwald Gallery of Art is pleased to announce the upcoming exhibition Bloomington Photography Club Annual Exhibition. An Opening Reception will accompany the exhibit Friday, July 27, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. All events are free and open to the public.

The largest photography club in Indiana will have its 20th annual juried exhibition at the Grunwald Gallery. This year’s exhibition will feature photographs in various genres created by Photo Club members of Bloomington and surrounding communities.

The Bloomington Photography Club explores the connection between the eye, the camera, and the spirit, by fostering and encouraging growth of artistic vision and technical knowledge. The Club provides an informal, friendly, and supportive environment for photographers at all levels of ability and with interests in all types of photographic imagery. Furthermore, the Club offers a means for members to share ideas and knowledge with each other and to promote an interest in photography throughout the community, through exhibitions and public events.

Anyone is welcome to join. The Club meets on the first Tuesday of each month at the
First Presbyterian Church, 221 E. Sixth Street (corner of Sixth and Lincoln), at 7:00 PM.
