GLFOW 2000
This site offers a free educational version of the analytic element program GFLOW 2000,
which models steady-state conjunctive groundwater flow and surface water flow in a single aquifer. It supports a MODFLOW
extract feature to set up a local MODFLOW model inside a large regional analytic element model.

U.S. EPA WhAEM Download Site for Code and Maps
This site offers a public domain analytic element model WhEAM 2000, which has been
developed for capture zone delineation as part of EPA's Wellhead Protection Program. WhEAM is an
entry level single aquifer analytic element groundwater model.

Open AEM
The Open AEM Community is an association of researchers and govenment agencies that are working together to create mathematical models using the
Analytic Element Method (AEM). The AEM is a technique for solving problems in continuum mechanics that is based on the superposition of analytical
functions and requires no discretization of the model space. AEM was originally created for use in groundwater flow modeling, but it will be useful in
other fields as well. |
