For the send-off on Friday, November 17th will include several VIPs. Currently, we are in the process of contacting the Bloomington Mayor Mark Kruzan, IU President Adam Herbert, IU Dean of Students Dean McKaig, and IU Athletics Director Terry Clapacs.

Other activities include:

• Breakfast for VIPs/riders/organizers
   
• Hot air balloon advertising the event
   
• Music supplied from either a local business or radio station
   
• Local businesses with tables set up for advertising and providing services
