Parent Advisory Board Meeting
Our first advisory board meeting will take place on Thursday, October 6th at 4:30 p.m. at Hoosier Courts. The meetings generally run about an hour. During this time, your children can go to after-school.

ALL parents are welcome to attend the Advisory Board meetings.

Additionally, this year we are looking for two parents per classroom (one returning parent and one new parent) to serve as Classroom Representatives (CR). CRs should be willing to attend all Parent Advisory Board meetings to represent the interests of their classrooms. If you are interested in being a CR, please see your classroom teachers and let them know.

On the agenda for this meeting: discussing the progress of the playground committee and choosing a school project for the year.

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
In honor of National Teacher Appreciation Day, the parents of HCCNS decided to surprise our wonderful teachers with a beautiful luncheon. Thanks to parent contributions, we hosted a fabulous lunch, catered by Bloomingfoods, that really made the teachers feel our love, support, and appreciation. But as beautiful as the weather and delicious as the food was, the teachers' favorite part was receiving the homemade thank you cards from their students. There were lots and lots of smiles and laughter as the teachers read each cherished one.

Roll over each thumbnail to view it larger.

You Child's Health Records
If your child's medical record has been updated (s/he has had a new physical exam or another immunization, etc.) please bring these updated records to our office to be kept on file. State licensing regulations require that each child's medical records are kept up to date.
