Alcohol Self-Assessment/Resources

It is not uncommon for students, at some point in their college careers, to question their alcohol use.  Are my drinking patterns and habits those I want to continue for the rest of my life?  If I am really honest with myself, has my drinking ever hurt me or anyone else?

Feel free to check yourself out on this online assessment, developed for college students, On-Line Alcohol Assessment (e-CHUG)

If you would like the assistance of a CAPS counselor in exploring your substance use, consider scheduling an appointment (812-855-5711) or trying out our Staying Out of Trouble group that meets on Friday afternoons.   Learn more about CAPS groups here, CAPS Groups .  Your counselor can help you join the Staying Out of Trouble group.

If you choose to drink alcohol, you might want to review some healthy drinking tips here.
