Relaxation

For most of us, developing ways of lowering our stress levels is among the most significant things we can do to make our lives more healthy and satisfying.  There are any number of approaches that can be taken.  You might want to start by checking out your anxiety level, On-Line Anxiety Disorder Assessment.

If you feel stressed out and/or this assessment suggests that you are, you might want to practice the techniques offered:  Relaxation Techniques Part 1 and Relaxation Techniques Part 2

Alternativelyyou may want to read and practice more stress management tips, Resource Materials On Counseling Topics.

Check our Group Counseling Schedule to see if our Relaxation group sounds useful to you and if the times it is offered fit your schedule.
