Biography

Tera Nijdam earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) and is a licensed clinical social worker (LSCW). She has several years experience in community mental health work. She works with teenagers and young adults with addictions and depressive disorders. She has training in structural family therapy and special interest in women's issues and disordered eating/body issues. She is most influenced by interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and family systems theories.

During the fall and spring semesters, you can talk with a certified health professional until 11 p.m. every night. Call (812) 330-3790.

Counseling

Call (812) 855-5711 to schedule an appointment. Or visit the CAPS Walk-In Clinic on the 4th floor from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. After hours, call CAPS at (812) 855-5711, option 1.

Sexual Assault Crisis

Immediate support is available 24 hours a day at (812) 855-8900.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1.
