Senior Survey & Exit Interview
This short questionnaire is to determine the placement of HHSP scholars after graduation (i.e. job placement, graduate or professional school acceptance, etc.).
Program Questionnaire
Before April 15 of the graduating year, seniors are required to complete the HHSP Program Questionnaire. Feedback helps HHSP staff make adjustments to improve the program and benefit future HHSP scholars.
The questionnaire is made available to seniors spring semester through an emailed invitation to participate. Students should be sure to check email regularly to ensure you do not miss the invitation to participate.
Seniors are should complete both the Senior Survey & Exit Questionnaire and Program Questionnaire no later than April 15th.
Senior Send-Off
HHSP congratulates our graduating seniors on their many accomplishments while at Indiana Uiversity and hosts a Senior Send-Off celebration in the spring to honor those students. This is required event for HHSP seniors and all scholars are encouraged to attend. More details regarding the 2012 Senior Send-Off will be forthcoming as the event approaches.
If a senior is unable to attend the Senior Send-Off, they may request to be excused. To request excuse from this meeting, students should complete the Conference and Meeting Excuse Request Form. Requests must be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled meeting/event or no later than one (1) week following the missed event in unforeseen emergency.
Students are expected to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting/event. Acceptable excuses for failing to attend are limited to conflicts with academic requirements (e.g., classes, labs or exams), NCAA or club sports athletic events only, unless in an overseas study program or internship away from Bloomington.
