The INAAPT thanks the Indiana University Department of Physics and the College of Arts and Sciences for hosting the 2009 Spring Meeting. The contribution from the Physics Department and the College goes far beyond just providing a space for the meeting. In addition significant monetary support has been made to provide meals as well as equipment and supplies for the workshop.
Special thanks goes to Dr. Rick VanKooten for his leadership and encouragement in developing activities for the meeting. Special thanks also goes to Dean Kirstine (Tine) Lindemann for providing personnel and resources to announce and plan the meeting.
Our thanks also goes to the Joseph and Sophia Konopinski Foundation for scheduling a special public lecture with Dr. Lawrence Krauss' to coincide with the meeting. And certainly thanks should go to Mrs. Kate Krauss for giving up a precious Saturday with her husband so he could speak in conjuction with the meeting.
Finally we thank all who attended this year's meeting. Your presence reminds us that physics and physics teaching are social activities as well as scientific endeavors.
