Article Facilitation
Grading Criteria
When you facilitate discussion of the article, you will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Article Summary, one page (4 points):
Were copies of the article summary provided to all group members?
Did the summary contain the main points of the article?
Was the summary typed?
Was the summary easy to understand?
Discussion, 15-20 minutes (6 points):
Did the facilitator appear prepared to lead discussion?
Was the facilitator an enthusiastic discussion leader?
Did the facilitator make an effort to get the entire group involved in the discussion?
Did the questions and/or activities encourage conversation and/or active involvement?
(Within the context of normal interaction) Was discussion interesting and lively?
Did the discussion fill the entire time or did it run short?
