A sad fact of life is that we rarely tell people we love how much they mean to us. This activity affords us the opportunity to, at least, put in writing what we would like to say.

Choose one person who is important to you-this may be someone in your family or a close friend. Imagine if you would never see them again, and that you had the opportunity to write them one last letter. Think of what you would like to put in that letter and write it down. This letter may include:
