Housing Options
Whether you want to rent a house or a single room, there is no shortage of housing options in Bloomington, from sleek new apartments to funky bungalows, on and off campus.
On campus, graduate students have three residentials options: Ashton Center, Eigenmann Hall, and Wilke Quad. Rates for these residence halls range from $2,600 to $5,800 for a year. IU also offers campus apartments; rents range from $495 to about $1,000 a month.
