To apply on-line for graduate study, please click here. Deadlines are December 1 for applicants who are not U.S. residents, and January 15 for U.S. applicants.

All Ph.D. applicants will be automatically considered for funding. The department typically awards 3-5 fellowships to incoming Ph.D. students each year. Students may also wish to pursue potential sources of external funding. The University Graduate School offers information about Financing Graduate Studies.

International Students should visit the International Admissions website for specific information about international applications. Applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit evidence of English proficiency to the department by January 15.
