HRMS User Agreements
You must submit both the SIS Compliance form and the HRMS Compliance form, and the HRMS form must be signed by your Department Head before access will be granted to the HRMS Applications. Please submit only the signature page from each form to: HRMS Access and Security, PO 527, BL.
