Dinner with the President 2007

Each year, the Hooser Presidential Scholars from all Indiana University campuses are invited to a dinner with the president. Top university administrators and staff served as table hosts for scholars and their guests. This year's dinner was held on February 23, 2007 at the Tudor Room in the Indiana Memorial Union on the Bloomington campus. The event included a reception, a dinner and entertainment.

Scholars Welcomed at Six IU Campuses

The year 2006 brought so many exemplary candidates that we nearly doubled the incoming class of Hoosier Presidential Scholars, from 32 in last year's inaugural class to 60 this year. While 45 of our new scholars enrolled at IU Bloomington, 15 enrolled at six of IU’s other campuses: nine at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, two at IU South Bend, and one each at regional campuses in Gary, Kokomo, Richmond, and New Albany.
