The following questions will be discussed on the course:

•             In what ways does the Putin regime aim to influence mainstream and extreme political players in Europe, especially in Central Eastern Europe?

•             Who are the Russian stakeholders behind the soft power game?

•             Are “active measures” from the Soviet era continuing to play a crucial role in Russia’s toolkit?

•             What are the weapons of the information war that Russia launched in Europe and beyond, after the Ukrainian? How efficient it is?

•             Why radical right and radical left movements have strong connections to Russia?

•             How efficient can Russia be in undermining Europe’s integrity and stability?

•             Can political Eurasianism overwrite the dominant Transatlanticism in East Central Europe?
