What is IBA? The IBA is a professional student organization in the Kelley School. Members come from various backgrounds and majors but are united by their interests in international business issues and career opportunities. The mission of IBA is to bring people from different backgrounds together in a welcoming environment that fosters understanding of international business and global issues, develops excellent future leaders, and provides networking opportunities with multinational companies.
