Video Analysis Using ProcoderDV
Friday, February 16, from 10:30am to 12pm
School of Education Building, Room 2015
Does your research involve reviewing video clips, perhaps of classroom behavior or counseling sessions? Are you looking for a way to easily and meaningfully review and analyze this video? or are you just considering using video-based data in future projects? In either case, this presentation will be of interest to you.
ProcoderDV was developed by a researcher for researchers. We have invited Jon Tapp, of the Kennedy Center for Research on Human Development at Vanderbilt University, to discuss the ways in which ProcoderDV can be used in educational research. The School of Education's own Andrea McDuffie will introduce him and describe how she is using the program in her research on early language learning of children with autism.
This presentation is hosted and supported by the IC Staff and graduate assistants: Karen Hallett, Chris Essex, Jingli Cheng, and Ji Young Chong.
