These hands on workshops are designed in two phases to assist instructors:
1) to create rubrics, and
2) to use the iRubric software.
The first workshop will focus on the practice of creating and using rubrics. Instructors should bring their current scoring guide for the selected assessment and the program’s SPA standards to this workshop.
The second workshop will expand our knowledge as we focus on learning and using the iRubric software, which is integrated into Oncourse. Participants should bring a copy of their rubric to this workshop. Digital copies of your rubric (i.e. in MS Word) will prove helpful to you so that we can copy and paste information directly into the system.
Faculty and AIs are welcome to participate.
