Systems Architect -
Project Manager
Statement of job responsibilities:
- Leading a combined team of 3-10 project participants from the firm,
in-house client personnel, and vendors firms.
- Directing the activities of project members in the design and
implementation of systems architecture as determined by the overall
engineering process by drawing on his/her expertise in open information
systems.
- Insuring the project is conducted to specification as scheduled, make
assignments to programmers as suitable, and serve as "delivery"
representative and regular contact to the client throughout the day to
day affairs of the project.
- To identify new opportunities for additional work and service
expansion, and convey such to senior personnel as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Lead team of consultants and programmers to completion of
technology systems design and redesign within the client firm.
- Participate in authoring and producing suitable systems architecture
design or redesign plans for the client as determined by the strategic
parameters of the project.
- Maintain and develop relationship with client in effort to build
continually expanding services.
Professional Requirements:
- Highly developed and comprehensive grasp and control over
client/server and other interactive digital software packages, their
respective application programming features, and integration requirements.
- 3-15 years management experience with a top-tier consulting firm,
major technology producer, or financial services firm in which systems
integration work was performed.
- Ability to identify additional project opportunities within client
firms and effectively promote these as suitable.
- Willingness to work on-site within client facilities in or out of
town and maintain professional poise and focus in unfamiliar environments.
Personal Requirements:
- Highly articulate communicator with mature personality
- Entrepreneurial and flexible in nature, comfortable with new ways of
doing things.
- Educated at a masters or Ph.D. level in business or technology at a
top tier institution, in which a relevant thesis was completed as part of
the graduation requirement.

Asset Coordinator
Statement of job responsibilities:
- Participating in the development and production of various types
of print and new media projects.
- To develop and implement a content acquisition, management and
tracking strategy for each project.
- To assist the Production Manager, Design Directors and Executive
Producers in the production and management of production materials on
content rich new media and print projects.
- Assisting the production Manager and the Network Administrators in the
archival process by helping organize project materials and digital files
for archiving.
- Providing necessary support in locating and distributing project assets.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of a project tracking
system that is accessible by all team members.
Requirements:
- Must be an experienced professional who loves inventing the
future, and enjoys the challenge of producing complex information and
media systems.
- Must have solid experience organizing and maintaining production
materials and digital files for complex projects.
- Must have hands-on computer experience, including a solid working
knowledge of the Macintosh and skills in Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A knowledge of database management is critical, as well as proven
skills in the use of image manipulation and digital authoring tools.

- Leading a multidisciplinary team of from eight to twenty people
in designing and developing a release of an evolving,
Internet-based product.
Requirements:
- Three to four years of production, product, or project management
experience.
- Managing software and/or website development from
definition of requirements through post-release support and maintenance.
- Demonstrated high-level team-building, problem solving, decision
making and communication skills and a track record of excellence a must.
- Computer & Internet savvy also a must.
- Familiarity with project management tools, techniques, and procedures
a plus.
- International product development or travel industry experience
desired, but not required.
