- The few examples of this profile are likely to be personal homepages. Personal homepages are often created for the designer, the person who "owns" the homepage, with little consideration for audience need. - The user will notice upon visiting this Web site that the designer states this homepage is for his own purposes, and he does not care what anyone else thinks of it. Guidelines are somewhat beside the point if a designer is working in this profile, since the motivational and informational goals of the Web site are both low.
