| Membership | |
| a) Participation in the proposed organization must be without regard to arbitrary consideration of such characteristics as age, color, disability, | |
| ethnicity, gender, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or veteran status. | |
| b) All officers and the majority of the members should be currently enrolled at Indiana University . | |
| c) Membership is opened to all nationalities. | |
| d) A $5.00 fee will be charged to join the organization | |
| Elections | |
| a) Elections are held once a year on the month of March. Individuals willing to be part of the executive board should nominate themselves to run for office. They are expected to notify their nomination to the board a month in advance. | |
| b) Officers will be nominated by the members of the association. | |
| c) The voting process is secret and al least 50% of the members should be present for candidates to be elected. | |
| d) Membership will be notified two weeks in advance. | |
